im findind some difficulty in explaning some expressions like:
-ramble off things
-to be hauled before
-to launch a company
-to count on

As always, context will help. However, basically:
Ramble off > become distracted from the matter in hand
To be hauled before > brought in front of someone/something: He was hauled before the court to be charged with theft.
To launch a company > to start a company.
street culture > the customs, idioms, and behaviour of those who are disaffected from mainstream society.
to count on > to be ably to rely on someone : I count on you to support me in my argument.
