Default sentence

I donīt know how to phrase this:

- Some night clubs in my town are not good to go dancing.

(or for going dancing ? to go dancing in?)

- Not every place in this town is good for going to at night.

(Could you correct it, please?)

Thank you.

Hi,

Both sentences sound good to me (are correct grammatically). You can say 'to go dancing' or 'for dancing'. Second sentence would be better like this:

'Not every place in this town is good for going out at night.'

The first one is not very good. The night clubs are not dancing. The second is also very clumsy. Sometimes, it is better to rephrase a thought.

Some of the night clubs in my town are not good for dancing in.
I would not recommend some night clubs for dancing.
The dancing at some of the night clubs is not good.
Some night clubs are better for dancing than others.

Some of the places in this town are poor night spots.
The night life is better at some places than others.
Not every club in this town has good night life.
