Stickler for putting out quality work
Defining an actress' character, her way to be, it is said on her: Always a stickler for putting out quality work...
What does this sentence mean? Maybe that she's very perfectionist and that that is perceived because she's always worry about the work quality she gets, or she offers? What does "putting out" mean here? And stickler?
Thank You very much.

A stickler is a perfectionist but not in a nice way. In this case not only is she a perfectionist but also she requires everyone else to be perfect as well. She will accept nothing less than perfection from those who work with her. She doesn't worry about the quality of her work...it will always be perfect and she will make sure of it.
In this context "putting out" means delivering.
To put out has other meanings but they do not apply here

Thank You very much for your kind attention, Naamplao, but I'm not quite sure of understanding your answer. Is this sentence meaning all that you inform? I mean, if you had to say what this sentence says, but in more international-standard English words, would you be so kind as to say to me this different sentence? According to your information, could it be something like "Always demanding as for the quality of work? or the like.
Thank You very much for your help
