 Team - work spirit.
Please check it to me. I try to my best to finish this one but I do not know whether it is right or wrong. If 5 is highest mark so how many marks can you give me for this one? Thanks a lot.
Is it important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or work independently? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.
Some people think it is better to work with a group and some like to work independently. However, in my opinion, both of them – working on a team and working independently – are important.
It is right to say that when we work independently, we can try our best to reach to the goals. For instance, you have to find the data to finish your report to the teacher. Because you make it yourself so you decide what to do, how you can do it. If you think it is not suitable, you can change without asking any body.
Working independently helps you perfect yourselves. Maybe you are not good at searching information, but you must find the information, so you try to learn, you find books on library to read. Of course, when you finish your report, another skills of yours also improve.
It is said that no one is very good at all of the fields so you too. Maybe you are very good at searching, but you need to have so many other skills, for example arrange things, information, etc. In this situation, another people will help you. If we work on a team, each person will get a duty and he can solve it as well as possible. However, you need to have team - work spirit. It is very difficult to work on your idea and do not respect another people in the group.
Not all the time but if we can combine working with a group and working independently, we can get our goals and also get success easily.  |
