| I am doing a lot of academic writing and want to know how I can test my work on a Flesch-kinkaid readability scale so that I can eventually improve. Any suggestions? |

| Hello! Welcome to the forum! I did a quick search on a hunch that I might be able to find something online, and I did. :D Take a look here: http://www.aellalei.com/resources/sample.html It's a writing sample analyser where you can paste in examples of your own work and get it analysed to show:
Regards, EDIT: We now have our own text analyser available here: http://www.usingenglish.com/resource...statistics.php An advanced text analyser is available to members that includes the above readability tests (and much more) here: http://www.usingenglish.com/members/text-analysis/
