Beneath is an adverb meaning below. It does not have a superlative form. You can use a synonym instead :
to a lower place, to the lowerest place [ on Earth], etc. It depends on the context you want to use it in.
Beneath means inferior or less important, as in position, rank, or power, as well.
e.g.
A captain is beneath a major.
