Default definite article!

Is there anybody who can help me out with the following title?
The problem is if it needs definite article or not!
title is as in the below:
'THE CONCEPT of ‘SOCIAL LIFE’ in ARCHITECTURE' or
'CONCEPT of ‘SOCIAL LIFE’ in ARCHITECTURE'.
