    Hi
    Can you start a sentence with 'She'.... ? If, for example, in the previous sentence you have said, "The patient was experiencing pains." Can you follow with, "She then started to feel nauseous."

    She went to school yesterday. She is one of the best pupils there.

    Yes, indeed you can start a sentence with "She", and your sentence is fine.
