Hello teachers

If somebody greets me "Have a nice day"

and if I reply "Have a nice day to you too".

Would it be wrong to say!

In my language class this point has been pointed out.

I know we simply can say "You Too"

But I don't find anything wrong greeting back to the greeter with these lines.

You could say: Have a nice day too which "you too" is the short form for.
