In written form: Is the title, in this case: State Representative, displayed on a plaque above or below the Congressperson's name? Additionally, when introducing said same person at a Board meeting, is this person refered to as "State Representative" or "Congressperson" followed by the name? |

Usually, if the title is part of the name line, it precedes the person's real name. I'm not at all sure about Congressperson, since the person's gender will undoubtedly be known. |
