What do you think of the movie?

think of - to have an opinion or judgment of.

You cannot use the preposition with in this context.

You can say :

What do you think about the movie?
What`s your opinion on the movie?

you have to think in terms of how the language is chunked so as to convey meaning, that is to say, the chunk in this case is 'think of sth' or 'think about sth' as in .... What do you think of/about this site?

It could also be used to refer to somebody...'What do you think of your new boss?'

so if you want to ask sb's opinion about sth or sb, you can ask: what do you think of sth/sb'. So, now I ask you: What do you think of the idea of trying see the language as a string of chunks, each of which conveying some kind of meaning? this way you'll be able to put form and meaning together.
Have fun.
