- Baggage and luggage mean the same thing. See the link Definition of baggage
- A number of suitcases may comprise your luggage / baggage.
- Baggage and Luggage are collective nouns and hence have no plural. The plural of suitcase is suitcases.

Chocolate - the substance is uncountable. However, you can have chocolates - individual sweets made from chocolate and other ingredients.
