That depends entirely on what you are doing. If you are writing about business, use the correct business terms. Otherwise use ordinary English.

You only need a capital letter for the first word in a sentence, proper nouns, and "I".

Also, they're not entirely separate things; when you're using Business English, you will be using vocabulary and jargon that is specific to business and you will be following business rules for formats, how to conduct things, etc, but even so most of the language you will be using will be ordinary English.
