    Default Sheila

My friends grandson was doing first grade alphabetizing and she has forgotten some of the rules since she has been out of school for quite some time.

    ex. Sheila
    Same
    Everyday
    Mr. Charles
    Abby

Does Mr. Charles come before before Same (Mr...going by appendage) or Everyday(going by Charles)?

If you're alphabetizing, then you would consider "Mr. Charles" as "Charles, Mr." and it would fall in between Abby and everyday.
