word order
Hi,
could you please tell me which of these is correct (or better)?
1) The parties agree that the day of completion of the contracted items is deemed to be the day of signing the certificate of handover and acceptance.
2) The parties agree that the day of signing the certificate of handover and acceptence is deemed to be the day of completion of the contracted items.
Thanks a lot!
