Default I am in possession of all my senses

Hi. I want to say that I am still able to think in a clear manner, as opposed to a mad man/someone who is delirious. Can I say "I am in possession of all my senses"? Or is there a better way of saying it? I kind of think "sane" works somewhat, although it sounds to technical.

Thanks.

"I am in possession of all my senses" indicates more than just your ability to think clearly. It affirms your ability to hear, see, touch, taste, and smell.

How about: I am mentally healthy and able to make rational decisions.

Sometimes we'll say "I am in possession of all my faculties" to indicate that we're sane and able to make decisions and live independently.
