Default Weak forms in sentences.

Hi am trying to find out if wether {i] is the weak form in the sentence "the book that i want"and if it isnt then what is?thanks

It really dfepends on the meaning- it could be important to stress that it is the book I want (not you or someone else). 'The' could be a weak form here.
