Default Article usage before the name of a company

Hi ,

Could you pls let me know if the usage of artice "The" in front of a company name is correct.

Usage is "The Genpact has completed an SOP".

Could you pls let me know if the usage of "The" and "an" is correct?

Regards,

Jayan.C.J
