Default phrasal verbs

Hi friends,
I'm struggling most with phrasal verbs, it's being difficult for me to figure out their meaning from the context, so every time I have to check my dictinary..
I mean like let-down, turn-down... and so on..
What I want is someone who can give me advice on how to learn and recognize them easily. in oder words, how do you(native speakers) learn them in an easy way?
Thank you very much.
