Post Kindly correct the letter

As you are aware, we are relocating our stores to new permises.

Due to lack of manpower, the office watchman will not be available from
evening at xpm to xpm as he is coming for shifting work in the day time

He will be available from xpm to xamonly. He will not be back to normal timing until we cleared the shifting work.

I am not sure what you mean by "shifting work". I think in British English this can mean work that involves moving something. In American English "shift work" is a regular schedule time slot of work...usually 8 hours. A typical shift would be from say 9:00am to 5:00pm.

I think you mean the British English version so I might change the middle sentence to

Due to lack of manpower, the office night watchman will not be available in
evening from x pm to y pm since he is coming from his daytime work as a mover.
