Default Ask Mike A question...

today when I was read some threads on a wepage,
I saw some ppl used this wiggas
I don't understand what do they mean as they said wiggas
Some ppl seems feel aversion towards wiggas,
I've looked up some dictionary including online searches..

Wigger
Some unpolitically correct definitions there, but the very meaning of this word seems not to be that correct as well...
