How to title a chapter of a book?

Hi teachers !
Please tell me how to title a chapter when writing a book and also how should we write sub title (sub heading).
1- Should all the words be in capital letters e.g. CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH? or
2- Should all the words be in small letters because that is not a sentence thus should not begin with capital letters e.g. care for your health? or
3- Should the first letters of each word be in capital letters?
Please tell me the proper technique and procudure of titling a LESSON or CHAPTER.

The title of a book is generally given with the main words with capital letters:

The Streets of Ankh-Morpork

All Quiet on the Western Front


The way in which chapter titles are presented depends on the style chosen by the publisher of the book. They can be as the book title; they can be all lower case except for first word and proper names; they can be in caps and small caps. They are not generally all in capital letters as this is too dominating on a page.

Thanks for your answer but what are the main words? Are preposition, articles and determiners not main words?
How do I understand that this word is not important or what you called is not main word and should not start with capital letter? Also what do you mean by caps and small caps? Aren't capital letters and caps the same terms?

Prepositions, conjunctions and the articles are not given capital letters. Nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs are all given capital letters.

In typesetting each font has CAPITAL LETTERS, lower case letters, italic letters, bold letters, and small capitals - which are the same shape as capital letters but in the same size as lower case letters.
