Talking about jobs

Please help me out! I have an adult beginners class coming up and need to know the most suitable oral activity that would give the students the opportunity to speak using the new language. The grammar and vocabulary is not a problem, just the oral part. What would be the best steps/stages and what are my and the students' roles during each stage?
I would be grateful for an answer...

Hey guy...You already have everything in your hand...you can simulate a suitable situation that your students will need to use the vocabulary you´re teaching in class!!!
