I want to know what is the different between:
whos car is this one?
1.Her's.
2. It is her car.
When to use each one? Why do we have the 's if her can do the job.

It should simply be 'Hers' or 'It's hers'. 'Her' is a possessive adjective and 'hers' is a possessive pronoun.

Just remember that possessive pronouns do not like apostrophes. (They chew them up and spit them out.) The possessive pronoun does the job all by itself without any help.
