Is it correct to say: I'm sad for not seeing her anymore. Instead of: I'm sad because I don't see her anymore.

I like the second one better than the first, but I would probably write it this way if it was me.
Not seeing her anymore makes me sad.

It's not so much a question of 'correct' versus 'incorrect', Bieasy, as it is a question of idiomatic. The first is a possibility though it certainly isn't as common as the second or Naamplao's examples.
