I'm really sold on means you really believe something to be true. It is like you have been given a sales pitch that has won you over.

I wasn't sure about this product but now that I have used it for a while I am really sold on its usefulness.

I'm into...sort of means the same thing but not quite. It means that it is something that you like to do.

Bob likes rock music but I'm into Jazz.
