Default listing items -- respectively or semicolon

Dear teachers,

I have a question about how to write when you need to list items like the following.
Which one would be better, "A" or "B". Or is neither of them fine? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
A)
For partnership duration of 1 day, average number of partners that generated the epidemic with prevalence of 0.2 were 0.36: 10 days, 0.37; 100 days, 0.45; 500 days, 0.66; 1000 days, 0.87; 4000 days, 2; 10000 days, 4; and 20000 days, 7.5.

B)
For partnership duration of 1, 10, 100, 500, 1000, 4000, 10000, and 20000 days, average number of neighbors that generated the epidemic with prevalence of 0.2 were
0.36, 0.37, 0.45, 0.66, 0.87, 2, 4, and 7.5 respectively

Default Re: listing items -- respectively or semicolon

Both are punctuated correctly. In example A, it is somewhat easier to see the direct relation between days and prevalence.
