I got splattered/splashed/sprayed while walking across the street.
All of the three underlined words work with the above wording, I suppose, but do they come across as the same concept? Thanks.

More or less, though it depends on the direction; I wouldn't say 'splashed' if it were rain. Also, splattered/sprayed would work better for me if you added the substance- for instance, I would use splattered with mud.
