Default adverbs and adjectives

Please can you tell me what is the adjective for the adverb well.
Also what are the adverbs for the adjectives good,early and late

I believe that we need more context to find an ajective for the adverb "well".
As for adjectives for the others:
good -> often best or well. This is quite tricky though, because there is not an easy way of making good into and adverb without context.
early -> early
late -> late
