l would be happy if u can tell me how to write a formal letter to my boss, asking him to change my contract from fulll time to part time.

If you are after a template, here goes:
Your Address
Date
Name and Title of whom you are writing to
Their Address


The Subject of the Letter (in this case: a change in working hours)


Dear NAME,
Your suggestions and requests (the main body of the letter).


Yours faithfully,
Your Signature
Your Name
