Default Are these passive sentences correct?

Hi, everyone. Could you help me?
My teacher hints that there are three possibilities for passivizing the following sentence:
The doctor expected the technician to develop the X-rays fast.
And I worked out the following four:
1) The technician was expected by the doctor to develop the X-rays fast.
2) It was expected by the doctor that the technician develop the X-rays fast.
3) The doctor expected the X-rays would be developed fast by the technician.
4) It was expected by the doctor that the X-rays would be developed fast by the technician.
I’m not sure if my passivization is correct, and to me these four sentences all sound odd. Could anyone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.
Belinda

Default Re: Are these passive sentences correct?

1) The technician was expected by the doctor to develop the X-rays fast.
But I would remove 'by the doctor' and 'by the technician' in this and the other examples.
2) It was expected by the doctor that the technician develop the X-rays fast.
3) The doctor expected the X-rays would be developed fast by the technician.
4) It was expected by the doctor that the X-rays would be developed fast by the technician. The 'would' is what is missing from 2)
