    Default Modals --> Double Modals

    Why do some modals (which ones) combine to form double modals while other do not?

    People in some of the southeastern parts of the USA use double modals. But I'm not sure which ones double up. More generally, 'should' and 'ought to' are doubled up,

    Ya shouldn't oughtave done that.
