Hmmmm....I have a comment on your request.
"please do it." is not a polite way of asking for something. Even though you have used the word "please" in this sentence, "do it." is a demand....it is not a request. Be careful about using such words....they can easily be mis-interpreted. "Please help me" would be much more polite.
