Could someone tell me whether the following sentences communicate the same idea and if yes which one is more commonly used?
It 's none of your business?
What's that to you?

"It 's none of your business" is a statement of fact, and is quite final.
"What's that to you?" invites an answer or further discussion unless it's meant as a rhetorical question, in which case; yes, they mean the same.
