Default Does a comma go in this sentence?

Please also obtain an ANA titer, since this was positive in the past.

Is this sentence correct with the comma before since? Does this sentence need a comma there?

Default Re: Does a comma go in this sentence?

I would use one in this sentence. It makes it clear why the test is being requested.
