Does this sentence need commas?
Prior MRI of the brain done in June of 2005 was abnormal with evidence of right-sided hippocampal sclerosis.
Does there need to be a comma after brain and 2005?

Re: Does this sentence need commas?
In this case it seems to me that they would be necessary unless the date defines which MRI scan was being referred to i.e. there were several such scans carried out earlier and it was the one in June 2005 that was anomalous.
