Does this sentence need commas?
A prior MRI of the brain done in June of 2005 was abnormal with evidence of right-sided hippocampal sclerosis.
I am a medical transcriptionist. This is the way the doctor dictates this.
I was thinking a comma after brain and after 2005. Is it needed in those two places or not?

No commas are needed since the phrase is quite short.
