    Default Re: Question about count

It is a counting out rhyme used by children and there are several versions. Here are two:
    Eeny, meeny, miny, moe,
Catch a baby by the toe.
If it squeals let it go,
    Eeny, meeny, miny, moe.

    Eeny, meeny, miny, moe,
Catch a tiger by the toe.
If he hollers let him go,
    Eeny, meeny, miny, moe.

It is used when choosing one of a group to so something, so the person who is pointed to on the last word is "it" - the selected person.
