Default enrolling in?enrolling into?

Since I'm a neophyte in English language, I'm somewhat unclear about some usage on prepositions. Could anyone of you explain which one is correct? enrolling into or enrolling in? thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forums.

The correct proposition will depend on the context:

I am enrolling at college next year I am applying to go to college.

I am enrolling on / for / the English course I am taking//studying this course.

I am enrolling in the army. I am becoming a part of this organization.

What's the difference between adding a "do" and omit it? could you explain to me? Thanks first!
It emphasises the speaker's agreement. In speech it would be stressed : "I do agree with..."
