Default Tie your tie!

1. Is it correct to say tie your tie? What is correct ?
2. What does it mean by "He said flatly" ?
3. Can we say "Undo your tie" ?

1) Yes, that's correct
2) "Flatly" in this context means without strength, energy or passion
3)Yes you can. Alternatively you could say "untie your tie"
