All I want is for him to return safe.
All I want is that he return safe.
All I want is his returning safe.
Are three above sentences correct? And they have the same meaning?

All I want is that he return safely.

All I want is his returning safe.
Even using the adverb again, "safely", we wouldn't express it that way. We might say, " All I want is his safe return."
