I guess you've heard it in conversation, rather than read it in a book. No wonder you haven't found it in a dictionary. Note the spelling:
teetotaller |ˈtēˌtōtl-ər| ( Brit.: teetotaller, American:teetotaler

A person who never drinks alcohol.
