Smile have or having

Hi dear experts,
Could you tell what the difference in meaning is between the sentence in the present simple tense and the sentence in the present continuous tense:

1. I am having some problems - I have some problems

2. I am having a terrible headache - I have a terrible headache.

I am having some problems with something or somebody. means that the problems are temporary, at the time of speaking about them (eg now), or around this time (eg this week).

I have some problems with something or somebody. means that the problems are habitual, happen to you now and again, or maybe even always.

I have (got) a terrible headache. - this is the only correct way of saying that you suffer from something.
