    what are lower cased capitols uaed for?and could you give me an example.

    There is no such thing as "lower case capitals". THESE are capitals [also known as "upper case"]; all other letters are lower case. There is a form called "small caps" [capitals] which are capital letters that are the same height as lower case letters.
