Oh, Susie, that would be very kind if you could send me a receipe for chocolate chips cookies :D  . Thank you very much. I also like "spicey" cookies.

In case you would be interested in a German receipe, just let me know.

I can already smell them baking in my oven   ,hmmm

Ulli
The British don't know how to make cookies. They can make biscuits which are not like the biscuits that we Americans make. I can send you a recipe. What kind do you prefer? - chocolate chip, coconut, gingersnaps...?
:D
Can I just have the cookies?

Here you are:
Toll House Cookies (also known as Chocolate Chip Cookies)

1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons brown sugar Few drops of hot water
1 egg, well beaten 1/2 cup chopped nutmeats
1 1/8 cups sifted flour 1 package ( 6 ozs.) semi-sweet
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract chocolate pieces

Cream butter; gradually add sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Gradually stir into creamed mixture. Add a few drops of hot water and mix until well blended. Stir in nutmeats, chocolate bits and vanilla. Drop by half teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Send me and Mike some, will you please?
