When asking for the meaning of a phrase like this, it always helps to provide the sentence in which the phrase is included. The meaning can be affected by the context.

Please provide this context for the first one.

#2 = to somebody's pleasure

#3 = something is excellent and imparts its excellence to somebody/somewhere/something.
