Default Correct the Pragraph below.

Education has always been associated with providing a better quality of life for a country's citizens. It is useful in providing knowledge and skills to individuals, it also helps the society in transforming itself. Realizing the potential of education in national development, all the contries, world over have placed emphasis on development of education. This, however, will have meaning only, if the poor and the illiterate in the country can get access to education

all the contries, world over have - this needs changing:

You could say 'all countries' (no need for any more) or 'countries all over the world'

all the contries, world over have

Delete the comma
