It doesn't sound like anything that would be uttered by a native-speaker of English unless it was in a poem or song. I can only guess that the intended meaning is something along the lines of -
"It looks like you are in the middle of the journey of a lifetime."
This means that the speaker believes that the journey the listener is currently on is something wonderful and that the opportunity to undertake such a journey is very rare indeed.
perhaps by saying 'a thousand lifetimes' instead of simply 'a lifetime' the speaker was trying to add emphasis to this already very strong expression.
