Default Doubts

Can you please tell me why do we use ING on the verb after " interested in". Ex: interested in seeing?

And what is wrong with the sentence: "I like people, who cares about others"?

We use a gerund after prepositions. With your second question, you might want 'the others', unless you are talking about people in general.
