Default provable

Hi,

could you please tell me whether it is possible to say:

The contract may be terminated as a result of provable material breach.

Or is there any better expression? Maybe "demonstrable"?

Thanks a lot!

Hanka

'provable' just doesn't sound all that natural, but I'm not a lawyer nor an expert in the wording of legal contracts. I'd go with 'demonstrable', Hanka.

So would I (though I've met lawyers saying 'provable').
